When designing and creating a smile, you want to replicate nature, you want to create a natural smile and you want to avoid the "fake" smile created by porcelain fused to metal crowns, bulky crowns that are too big or too long or dark spaces between the teeth. The restoration of choice for designing and creating such a smile is the porcelain veneer. A properly trained dentist working together with a great ceramist can avoid all this and give you that "WOW" smile. We strongly recommend doing your research before selecting a dentist for your smile makeover. The porcelain veneer procedure takes two to three appointments. The first visit consists of taking photos and impressions, the second appointment consists of anesthetizing, shaping and new temporaries that will let you try and see how you like your new smile, and the third visit will consist of trying in and having the veneers permanently bonded to your teeth. The investment for having your "WOW" smile is anywhere from $4000 to $40000 depending on the number of teeth involved and the difficulty of the case.
Teeth whitening has become one of the most popular dental treatment in the past few years. Today people prefer straight, bright white teeth and teeth whitening is the leat expensive cosmetic treatment. We recommend the take home trays whitening system because it is inexpensive, leat sensitive and gives you the control of how white your teeth will get. Additionally, teeth will start to stain a little in about 6 months and therefore you will be able to do touch ups all the time whenever you want. If you decide to have your teeth whiten, the process involves two short appointments. At first appointment impressions of your teeth will be taken and at the following appointment the whitening trays and instructions will be delivered to you. The investment in teeth whitening trays is $120.

Bonding and enamel contouring or reshaping is a very conservative treatment solution that can fix small chips, gaps or imperfections. Bonding and contouring involves small adjustments to your teeth to allow for the bonding agent to work and then by applying tooth colored filling material to fine-tune the smile. The investment for bonding and contouring is between $1000 and $5000 depending on the number of teeth involved and the difficulty of the case.

We are very excited about this state of the art technology. In the traditional way you would have the tooth prepared for a crown then an impression is taken of that tooth and then you will go home with a temporary tooth and have to wait two weeks until you get the permanent tooth. With this amazing technology, after the tooth is prepared for a crown, a picture is taken of the tooth and then it is transfered to a powerful computer that uses CAD/CAM software adn designs an ideal tooth. Once the tooth is computer designed the it is transfered to a milling unit which mills the computer designed tooth from a high tech porcelain block. That same appointment the premanent crown is made and will be bonded to your tooth. You go home with the permanent tooth that day, no worries. How amazing is that! Also, another benefit of these technology is that these crowns do not have metal under them that may cause allergic reactions or cause your gums to receed and then show the black margin and the purple gums as you have probably seen the porcelain fused to metal crowns on some people's front teeth with the black marings around their gums. The investment for a CAD/CAM crown is the same as for a regular crown and it is covered by insurance also.
